Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assemble on a flat, clear surface.

1. Attach the handle: Align handle brackets with deck mounts, secure with provided bolts and wrench.
2. Install the grass bag: Attach bag support frame to rear deck, hook bag onto frame.
3. Insert the mulching plug (if mulching): Place plug into rear discharge chute.
4. Install the battery: Insert fully charged battery into battery compartment until it clicks.
5. Attach safety key: Insert key into control panel slot.

WARNING! Ensure mower is turned off and battery is removed during assembly. Tighten all bolts securely.

First-Time Operation

Before first use, fully charge the battery and perform a safety check.

1. Charge battery: Connect charger to battery and wall outlet; charge until indicator shows full.
2. Adjust cutting height: Use single lever to set desired height (start at highest setting for first mow).
3. Select mowing mode: Install bag, mulching plug, or open side chute for desired function.
4. Start mower: Insert safety key, press and hold safety handle, then press start button.
5. Mow: Walk at steady pace; overlap passes slightly for even cut.

CAUTION! Clear lawn of debris before mowing. Wear appropriate footwear and eye protection.

Controls and Settings

Battery & Charging

Mowing Modes

Supports three clipping management options.

1. Mulching: Install mulching plug. Cuts clippings finely and returns them to lawn as fertilizer.
2. Bagging: Attach grass collection bag. Collects clippings for disposal or composting.
3. Side-Discharge: Remove both bag and plug. Ejects clippings to the side (right).

Mode Selection Tips: Use mulching for regular mowing in dry conditions. Use bagging for tall/wet grass or when a clean finish is desired. Use side-discharge for very tall grass.

WARNING! Always turn off mower and remove battery before changing mowing mode.

Safety Features

Safety Key: Must be inserted to operate. Deadman Switch (Safety Handle): Blade stops within 3 seconds of release. Blade Brake System: Stops blade instantly when handle is released. LED Headlights: Improve visibility. Battery Protection: Prevents overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.

Care & Maintenance

After each use: Clean underside of deck (remove battery first). Check blade for damage or dullness. Empty grass bag. Store in dry location.

Regular Maintenance: Sharpen or replace blade every season or as needed. Check all bolts and fasteners for tightness. Clean battery contacts with dry cloth. Inspect wheels and height adjustment mechanism.

CAUTION! Always remove battery before performing any maintenance. Do not use water or pressure washer to clean mower; use a brush or damp cloth only.
