The EGO LM2120E is a 21-inch self-propelled cordless electric lawn mower powered by a 56V ARC Lithium™ battery. Assembly Instructions

Unpack and inspect all contents. Assembly requires basic tools (included).

1. Attach the lower handle: Align with deck brackets and secure with provided bolts.
2. Install the upper handle: Connect to lower handle, secure knobs, and route control cable.
3. Attach the grass bag: Hook bag frame onto rear deck hooks and secure clips.
4. Install the battery: Insert battery into compartment until it clicks.
5. Charge the battery: Connect charger to battery and AC outlet for initial charge.

WARNING! Do not install battery until assembly is complete. Keep hands clear of blade area.

First-Time Setup

Prepare mower for first use.

1. Fully charge battery: Initial charge may take up to 60 minutes.
2. Adjust cutting height: Set lever to desired position (recommend 3" for first mow).
3. Test controls: Engage safety key, press start button, test self-propel drive.
4. Inspect area: Clear lawn of debris, stones, and obstacles before mowing.

Controls and Operation

Main controls located on handle. Front Panel: START/STOP button, Self-propel control lever, Height adjustment lever.

Operation Steps:

1. Insert safety key into slot.
2. Press and hold START button to activate blade.
3. Adjust speed using self-propel lever (farther = faster).
4. Release lever to stop drive; release START button to stop blade.
5. Use LED headlight switch for early morning or evening mowing.

Safety Features: Safety key required for operation, Blade brake system, Instant stop when released.

Battery & Charging

56V ARC Lithium™ battery with fuel gauge indicator.

1. Charging: Connect charger to battery and AC outlet. LED indicates charging (red) and complete (green).
2. Battery Care: Store in cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures.
3. Run Time: Up to 60 minutes per charge depending on grass conditions and speed.
4. Fuel Gauge: Press button on battery to check charge level (4 LEDs = full).

Tip: For best performance, charge battery after each use and store indoors.

Cutting Height Adjustment

Single lever adjusts all four wheels simultaneously.

1. Stop mower and ensure blade is not rotating.
2. Pull height adjustment lever toward wheel.
3. Move lever to desired setting (1.5" to 4").
4. Release lever to lock in position.
5. Test on small area before full mowing.

Recommended: Cut no more than 1/3 of grass height at a time. Higher settings for first cut of season.

Maintenance & Storage

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

1. After each use: Clean deck underside, check for debris.
2. Blade Care: Inspect monthly for damage; sharpen or replace as needed.
3. Wheel Maintenance: Check for free rotation; clean axle if necessary.
4. Storage: Fold handle, remove battery, store in dry location.
5. Winter Storage: Fully charge battery and store separately in climate-controlled area.
