Assembly Instructions

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assemble on a flat, clear surface.

1. Attach the handle: Align handle brackets with deck mounts, insert bolts, and tighten securely.
2. Install the grass bag: Attach bag hooks to rear deck mounts until they click into place.
3. Insert the mulching plug: Place plug into rear discharge opening for mulch mode.
4. Attach side discharge chute: Secure to side port if using side discharge mode.
5. Install battery: Insert fully charged battery into battery compartment until it clicks.

WARNING! Ensure all bolts and connections are tight before operation. Do not operate with loose parts.

First-Time Setup

Prepare mower for initial use.

1. Charge battery fully: Connect charger to battery and AC outlet; charge until indicator shows full.
2. Adjust cutting height: Use lever to set desired height (recommend middle setting for first use).

Operating the Mower

4. To stop, release START button; blade stops within 3 seconds.
5. Empty grass bag when full indicator shows.
6. Switch modes only when mower is completely stopped.

Tip: Mow when grass is dry for best results. Avoid mowing in wet conditions.

Battery & Charging

56V ARC Lithium™ battery provides cordless operation.

1. Charging: Connect charger to battery and AC outlet. Indicator shows charging progress.
2. Battery life: Provides up to 60 minutes of runtime per charge (varies with grass conditions).
3. Storage: Store battery in cool, dry place. Charge fully before long-term storage.
4. Battery indicator: Shows remaining charge level (4 LEDs).

WARNING! Use only EGO-approved charger and battery. Do not expose battery to fire or water.

Maintenance & Storage

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

1. After each use: Clean underside of deck to remove grass clippings.
2. Blade care: Inspect blade monthly for damage; sharpen or replace as needed.
3. Wheel maintenance: Check wheels for smooth rotation; clean axle if necessary.
4. End-of-season: Clean thoroughly, remove battery, store in dry location.
