Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools.

1. Install Steering Levers: Attach to control panel with provided bolts.
2. Attach Seat: Mount seat onto frame using included hardware.
3. Install Battery: Slide batteries into compartments; ensure they click into place.
4. Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended PSI (marked on sidewall).
5. Attach Deck (if shipped separately): Secure with pins and retaining clips.

WARNING! Mower is heavy; use assistance during assembly. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

First-Time Operation

Fully charge batteries before first use. Perform pre-operation checks.

2. Battery Installation: Insert fully charged batteries until they lock.

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: Ignition Key, PTO Switch, Headlight Switch, USB Port, Battery Indicator. Steering: Dual levers for Zero-Turn operation.

Battery & Charging

Mowing Operation

Supports standard and mulching modes (with optional kit).

1. Starting: Sit on seat, ensure parking brake engaged, turn key ON, engage PTO switch.
2. Driving: Release parking brake, slowly push levers forward to move.
3. Turning: Move one lever back further than the other for Zero-Turn.
4. Cutting Height Adjustment: Stop mower, disengage blades, adjust lever.
5. Stopping: Disengage PTO, move levers to neutral, engage parking brake, turn key OFF.
6. Reverse Operation: Look behind you, then slowly pull levers back. Blades automatically disengage in reverse unless overridden.

WARNING! Always look behind before backing up. Do not mow on slopes greater than 15 degrees.

Safety Features

Operator Presence System: Engine and blades stop if operator leaves seat. Reverse Caution: Blades disengage in reverse (can be overridden with key sequence). Parking Brake: Automatic when levers are out. Deck Shields: Protect from debris.

Care & Maintenance

Disconnect batteries before maintenance. Clean after each use.

1. Deck Cleaning: Hose off debris (avoid electrical components).
2. Blade Sharpening/Replacement: Check monthly. Use wrench to remove blade; sharpen or replace if damaged.
