Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires two people.

1. Install steering levers: Attach to control panel with provided bolts.
2. Attach seat: Mount seat onto frame using included hardware.
3. Install battery trays: Secure battery compartments in designated slots.
4. Connect wiring: Route and connect headlight and PTO switch wiring harnesses.
5. Install cutting deck: Attach deck to mower frame with suspension pins and belts.
6. Check tire pressure: Inflate all tires to 15 PSI.

First-Time Operation

Mowing Operation

Supports mulching, side discharge, and bagging (with optional bagger attachment).

1. Pre-start check: Clear mowing area of debris; check tire pressure; ensure deck is clear.
2. Start mower: Sit on seat, engage parking brake, turn key to ON.
3. Engage blades: Move PTO switch to ON position.
4. Begin mowing: Release parking brake, slowly push steering levers forward.
5. Turning: Move one lever outward while keeping other neutral for zero-turn.
6. Cruise control: Engage lever lock to maintain speed on straightaways.
7. Slope operation: Mow across slopes, not up and down (max 15-degree slope).
8. Finish mowing: Disengage PTO, engage parking brake, turn key to OFF.

WARNING! Always look behind before backing up. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
