Assembly & Setup

First-Time Operation

Steering Levers: Control speed and direction. Push both forward to go straight, move one lever to turn.

Blade Engage: Switch to activate cutting blades. Ensure PTO is engaged only when ready to cut.

Cruise Control: Set desired speed; press button to engage/disengage.

Cutting Height Adjustment: Use deck lift lever; adjust while deck is not engaged.

Battery & Charging

Batteries: Two 56V 10Ah ARC Lithium™. Charger: Rapid Charger included.

  1. Remove batteries from mower for charging or charge in-place.
  2. Connect charger to battery and AC outlet.
  3. Charger LED indicates status: Red (charging), Green (fully charged).
  4. Store batteries in cool, dry place away from metal objects.

Tip: For longest life, avoid completely draining batteries. Charge after each use.

Mowing Operation

Supports standard and mulching modes (with optional kit).

  1. Startup: Insert key, turn to ON. Ensure parking brake is engaged.
  2. Engage blades: Move to cutting area, disengage parking brake, engage blade switch.
  3. Steering: Use levers to control direction and speed. Practice zero-turn maneuvers.
  4. Cruise control: Set speed on straightaways for consistent mowing.
  5. Slope operation: Mow across slopes, not up and down. Avoid steep inclines.
  6. Shutdown: Disengage blades, engage parking brake, turn key OFF, remove key.

WARNING! Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Never remove grass catcher or unclog chute with blades engaged.

Safety Features

Operator Presence System: Requires operator in seat for blades to engage. Parking Brake: Must be engaged to start mower. Blade Brake: Stops blades within seconds of disengagement. Key Removal: Prevents unauthorized use.

Care & Maintenance
