WARNING! Mower is heavy; use assistance or lifting equipment. Ensure all bolts are tightened to specified torque.

First-Time Operation

Fully charge batteries before first use.

  1. Pre-Operation Check: Inspect for loose parts, tire pressure, and battery connections.
  2. Charge Batteries: Plug charger into outlet and connect to batteries until indicator shows full.
  3. Adjust Cutting Height: Set lever to desired height (test on a small area first).
  4. Practice Steering: In an open area, practice Zero Turn maneuvers without blades engaged.

Controls and Settings

Operator Station: Key switch, PTO engagement switch, Parking brake lever, Steering levers, Cruise control button, Cutting height lever, Battery indicator.

Steering Levers: Push forward to go forward, pull back to reverse; outward for turns.

Cutting Height: Adjust lever (1.5" to 4.5"). Cruise Control: Engage at desired speed; disengage by touching steering levers. Battery Indicator: Shows remaining charge (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). Safety: Seat sensor prevents operation when not seated; parking brake must be engaged when dismounting.

Battery & Charging

Use only EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries and charger.

  1. Charging: Remove batteries or charge on mower. Connect charger; LED shows status (red=charging, green=full).
  2. Storage: Store batteries at room temperature (40°F to 104°F). Do not store fully discharged.
  3. Replacement: When runtime decreases significantly, batteries may need replacement.

Tip: For longest life, avoid completely draining batteries. Charge after each use.

Mowing Operation

For best results, mow when grass is dry.

  1. Start Up: Sit on seat, engage parking brake, turn key to ON.
  2. Engage Blades: Ensure area is clear, push PTO switch to ON.
  3. Drive: Release parking brake, slowly push steering levers forward.
  4. Turning: Move one lever outward while keeping other steady for Zero Turn.
  5. Cruise Control: Press button when at desired speed on straight path.
  6. Slope Operation: Mow across slopes, not up and down. Avoid slopes over 15°.
  7. Shut Down: Disengage PTO, engage parking brake, turn key OFF, remove key.

WARNING! Never mow on steep slopes. Keep hands and feet away from cutting deck.

Safety Features

Seat Sensor: Engine and blades stop if operator leaves seat. Parking Brake Interlock: Prevents starting unless brake is engaged. Blade Brake Clutch: Stops blades within 3 seconds of disengagement. Reverse Operation: Blades automatically disengage in reverse (can be overridden with key sequence).

Care & Maintenance

After each use: Clean deck, check for debris, inspect blades.

Weekly: Check tire pressure, battery terminals, and blade sharpness.

Monthly: Lubricate pivot points, check belt tension.
