Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools (included).

  1. Install steering levers: Attach to control panel with provided bolts.
  2. Attach seat: Mount seat onto suspension base and secure.
  3. Install batteries: Insert batteries into compartments; connect terminals.
  4. Attach cutting deck: Secure deck to mower frame with pins and retainers.
  5. Check tire pressure: Inflate to recommended PSI (marked on sidewall).

WARNING! Mower is heavy; use assistance during assembly. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

First-Time Operation

Before first use, fully charge batteries and perform pre-operation checks.

  1. Charge batteries: Connect charger to batteries and AC outlet until fully charged (indicator shows green).
  2. Inspect area: Clear mowing area of debris, rocks, and obstacles.
  3. Adjust seat: Position for comfortable reach to controls.
  4. Set cutting height: Use adjustment lever to desired height.
  5. Start mower: Sit on seat, engage parking brake, turn key to ON, then press start button.

Battery & Charging

Batteries: Two 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries. Charger: Dual-port rapid charger included.

  1. Charging: Connect charger to batteries and AC outlet. Indicator shows red (charging) then green (fully charged).
  2. Storage: Store batteries in cool, dry place. Charge fully before long-term storage.
  3. Replacement: Use only EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries.

Tip: For optimal battery life, avoid complete discharge. Charge after each use.

Mowing Operation

Supports standard and overlapping mowing patterns.

  1. Startup: Sit on seat, engage parking brake, turn key ON, press start button.
  2. Engage blades: Pull PTO (blade engage) lever.
  3. Drive: Release parking brake, slowly push steering levers forward.
  4. Turning: For zero-turn, move one lever forward and the other back.
  5. Cruise control: At desired speed, press cruise button to maintain speed.
  6. Cutting height adjustment: Stop mower, disengage blades, adjust height lever.
  7. Shutdown: Engage parking brake, disengage blades, turn key OFF, remove key.

WARNING! Do not mow on slopes greater than 15 degrees. Always mow across slopes, not up and down.

Safety Features

Operator Presence System: Mower stops if operator leaves seat. Blade Brake Clutch: Stops blades within 3 seconds when disengaged. Parking Brake: Prevents unintended movement. Reverse Caution: Audible alarm when operating in reverse with blades engaged.

Care & Maintenance

After each use: Clean cutting deck, check for debris, inspect blades.

Weekly: Check tire pressure, inspect battery connections, clean air intake.

Monthly: Sharpen or replace blades as needed, lubricate moving parts, check belt tension.

CAUTION! Always disconnect batteries before performing maintenance. Wear gloves when handling blades.
