Assembly & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Assembly requires basic tools (included).

First-Time Operation

Fully charge batteries before first use. Perform pre-operation check.

  1. Charge Batteries: Connect charger to batteries and wall outlet; charge until indicator shows full.
  2. Pre-Operation Check: Verify tire pressure, deck clearance, and that all guards are in place.
  3. Mounting: Sit firmly in seat; ensure parking brake is engaged.
  4. Starting: Insert key, turn to ON; press PTO switch to disengage blades; release parking brake.
  5. Driving Practice: In an open area, practice forward, reverse, and turning with blades OFF.

Steering Levers: Left lever controls left wheel; right lever controls right wheel. Push forward to go forward, pull back for reverse. For zero-turn, move levers in opposite directions.

Cutting Height: Adjust lever to desired setting (1.5 to 4.5 inches). PTO Switch: Engages/disengages cutting blades. Parking Brake: Engage before dismounting. Battery Indicator: Shows remaining charge (Green=High, Yellow=Medium, Red=Low/Charge).

Battery & Charging

Use only EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries and charger.

  1. Charging: Remove batteries or charge on mower. Connect charger to battery port and AC outlet.
  2. Storage: Store batteries in cool, dry place (50°F-77°F ideal). Charge to 30-50% for long-term storage.
  3. Battery Care: Keep terminals clean. Do not expose to water or extreme temperatures.
  4. Replacement: When performance declines, recycle old batteries and replace with genuine EGO batteries.

Tip: For maximum run time, charge batteries after each use.

Mowing Operation

For best results, mow when grass is dry.

  1. Pre-Mow Check: Clear area of debris. Ensure blades are sharp and securely fastened.
  2. Start Mower: Sit down, engage parking brake, turn key ON.
  3. Engage Blades: Move to mowing area. Press PTO switch to engage blades.
  4. Mowing Pattern: Overlap each pass by 2-3 inches for even cut. Use zero-turn for tight corners.
  5. Slopes: Mow across slopes, not up and down. Do not mow on slopes greater than 15 degrees.
  6. Disengaging: To stop cutting, press PTO switch. To park, engage parking brake, turn key OFF, remove key.

WARNING! Never mow with damaged or missing blades. Keep bystanders and pets at a safe distance.

Safety Features

Operator Presence System: Engine and blades stop if operator leaves seat. Parking Brake: Must be engaged to start. Blade Brake Clutch: Stops blades within 3 seconds of disengagement. Key Removal: Prevents unauthorized use.

Care & Maintenance

Disconnect batteries before performing maintenance.

After Each Use: Clean deck underside with hose (avoid electrical components). Check for debris.

Weekly/Monthly: Check blade sharpness and balance; sharpen or replace as needed. Lubricate pivot points. Check tire pressure.
